“The flow of the training was perfect! - starting with a self-care mini mindful adult class, moving on to informative slides, and finishing with the practice of many components of the M.Y. Time Program.”
— Kelly, kindergarten M.Y. Time Instructor
“As a result of teaching this program I notice kids taking deep breaths and slowing down before engaging their frontal lobes. Kids are taking pause to self-regulate before perhaps reacting physically. Kids are also using our calming corners more frequently. You have the flexibility to make this program work for your students, as a push-in to classrooms or with individuals, adding more tools to your toolbox.”
— Dr. Jen, elementary school social worker and M.Y. Time Instructor
“I loved everything about this training. The manual is amazing and user-friendly. I feel like I’m leaving with so much having experienced doing all of the poses and breathing exercises. Your passion and enthusiasm is powerful and very motivational!”
— Lisa, kindergarten M.Y. Time Instructor
